Markings: Each packaging should include part number, package, value information same as the ones in BOM. It’s better to add designators to each packaging if you can. If there is anything different from information in BOM, you should contact us to correct BOM in advance.

Parts Overages: Resistors, Capacitors, Diodes (0603, 0805, 1206, 2225, SOT, SOD, MELF - packages) require a minimum of 50 pieces and have to exceed the required quantity by 30 pieces. (e.g.: assemble quantity 40 pieces – we will need 70 pieces – this meets our minimum of 50 pieces plus 30 pieces over assemble quantity). Resistors, Capacitors, Diodes (0201, 0402, mini Melf, miniature packages) require a minimum of 100 pieces have to exceed the required quantity by 50 pieces. (e.g.: assemble quantity 80 pieces – we will need 130 pieces- this meets our minimum of 100 pieces plus 50 pieces over assemble quantity). A small number of excess (1-5 pieces based on the total quantity of assemblies) is requested for expensive parts such as IC, BGA, QFP, Connectors, etc., this will ensure smooth assembling and ship your assembled boards on time.

Package: SMT parts which are not supplied on reels should be on one continuous strip of tape. If you need to assemble the same SMT part in different boards, do not cut them into strips , please keep them in the continuous strip of tape or on the reels. Components on tube or tray is good for assembly as well. 

Shipping: Please send components to correct address with correct contact person name and telephone or mob phone number. And please also add your PCB order number to the package or waybill. You should share the tracking number with your service representative after shipping is done.

Quality: Please send components with good quality, do not send oxidized or bad components in case of increasing assembly cost and delay shipping.

Package Invoice: Please include country of origin, qty, unit price, total price, HS code information in the invoice for shipping. 

Declared Value of Components:
 You should declare real value for shipping. Package with wrong value may be returned back or stuck in customs.

Cost: You have to undertake any potential cost arise when they are shipped to China.
