RDA5807M module evaluation board

At AliExpress modules are sold using the RDA5807M FM stereo tuner. It's a very small board, so nasty to handle as also the connection pitch is 2 mm. This evaluation board takes the module and leads all connections to plugs, so evaluation is made much easier.
