I have a question regarding drill files:
How do you interpret the drill diameters in the NC drill files in case of plated through holes by default ? As the finished hole size, or as the drilled hole size ?
I am asking it since some manufacturer use 0.1mm bigger drill bit diameter than the diameter specified in the NC drill files, since this will result the specified diameter after plating. Do you do the same thing by default , or not ?
